Auchenbowie Distillery, Stirling

Design of the civil and structural scheme to enable this beautfiul distillery within the walled garden of A-Listed Auchenbowie House in rural Stirlingshire.

Having now received planning approval, our approved drainage design works in tandem with the distillery processes - rainwater from the roofs feed into the central courtyard’s botanical gardens, the fruits of which are used in the production of gin. The cooling pond for also provides attenuation for extreme rainfall events.
